Bruce is an 8 month old German Shepherd/Pit Bull mix. He destroys everything in his path. Those long lasting yak chews? Gone in 45 minutes. The heavily advertised hair on hide rolls? Ha ha, try gone in one hour. I saw these Roam Gnaw-Kles in the pet store. Reviews were mixed on Amazon but it also looks like there may be imitation products out there. I figured at 15 bucks for two of them, I’d give them a try. After 4 hours of constant gnawing, Bruce got the outer covering off but there was still some “goodness” in the middle part and in between the knobby parts of the bone. However, he wasn’t trying to get to it anymore because he had fallen asleep. And my 4 lb mini pin mix had taken the bone. I went back and bought two more packages. I can’t rate this product high enough. Also, for what it’s worth, I’m a veterinary assistant and bones can be quite hazardous when they break apart and splinter. This is the safest bone I have ever seen. Will be a lifelong customer.
Perfect ! Our English Bully loves them. . Takes her some time to get threw them 1-2 weeks
my dog Apollo is a SUPER power chewer. i thought the Roo Chopper would be good for him due to it’s advertised ability to withstand the toughest customers. Apollo tore through it in VERY little time…to the point that i decided i’d better take the small shard-like remains away from him, worrying that they might hurt him. i’m not angry in any way. he is just an outrageous chewer. i have found that the large ostrich gnaw-ckle works pretty well for him. i have one Roo Chopper left, which i will give him under extreme supervision. but in the future, we will stick with the gnaw-ckles. i had just hoped to find another option that might work for him. nick and Apollo
Our pup, a Micro Mini Sheepadoodle, loves these Gnaw-kles. They are perfect size for the little ones out there, and keep his attention for days. Great product. We’ll continue to buy these for Eli. .
My dogs love them.
